Here I am. Doing this fitness thang one more time. Since quitting competitive football, I have really struggled with sticking to a fitness regimen but I think I may have found the answer in FlyWheel. I first thought it was just a trend but indoor cycling is here to stay. Why? Because its AWESOME and the folks at FlyWheel have made it even more awesome!

A little bit about FlyWheel:

Last Friday I had the opportunity to take a tour of the Dupont location of FlyWheel and I was pumped. I learned all about the Flywheel history, the machines and meet a few members of the staff. The one thing I was the most impressed by was the diversity within the staff. I am not talking a race or ethnicity thing but a body thing. There were people of all sizes and fitness levels working as staff as well as participants and that made me excited! You guys know I love seeing variety!

Speaking of variety- FlyWheel offers so much more than just a regular indoor cycling class. Each instructor adds their own flair to the class and with so many different class times, its easy to fit it in to a busy schedule. You want EDM type music? They have a class for you. You want to hear all the rap and hip hop? Well then cycle yourself along with those beats. You want a motivating type instructor? They've got that. You prefer more of a drill sergeant type approach? Then the website will tell you who. But the biggest surprise! (drum roll please)… FlyWheel introduced FlyBarre to their arsenal and it is just one more amazing class to help attendees level up! You can hop off the bike, and get on the mat for a total-body sculpting class that blends light weight training with core strengthening exercises to create the ultimate toning experience. But do not let the word "tone" fool you. This class works muscles that you did not know you even had. Its tough and SO WORTH IT!

I fully intend and will commit to a minimum of 2 classes a week and will do my best to document it all on instagram and insta-stories. So dont miss out! Follow me today!

    Haven’t tried it yet, but once the ankles are all healed will head over.
