Here I am. Doing this fitness thang one more time. Since quitting competitive football, I have really struggled with sticking to a fitness regimen but I think I may have found the answer in FlyWheel. I first thought it was just a trend but indoor cycling is here to stay. Why? Because its AWESOME and the folks at FlyWheel have made it even more awesome!

You can hop off the bike, and get on the mat for a total-body sculpting class that blends light weight training with core strengthening exercises to create the ultimate toning experience. But do not let the word "tone" fool you. This class works muscles that you did not know you even had. Its tough and SO WORTH IT!
