how to wear leather jacket in the spring

To all my readers,

I would like to take this time out to personally thank each and every person for visiting Commecoco.comWithout your support, and the support of my family and friends, I know I would not achieve the goals I have set forth for myself. I appreciate all the feed back and positive remarks I received along the way. You all keep a fire lit under me!
While visiting Comme Coco each reader can get a feel for my style as well as customize their own unique fashion sense. I love when you all immerse yourselves into a post, look at my outfits and find ways to add your own personal touch.
I am a Haitian born- Midwest raised fashion blogger now residing in Baltimore, MD. I began my style revolution over 20 years ago with my Crayola™ fashion designer kit and haven’t looked back since. While attending Michigan State University I honed my approach on style and have had an eye for a distinctive appearance.  My style has always been my own and I stress personal style over trends.
Even as a child, with the help of my seamstress grandmother, I loved to mix and match different outfits. It is never enough for me to simply find something off the rack and throw it on. I love to DIY, cut and add subtle changes to the dynamic of an outfit.
Being that I work in DC and live in Baltimore, I am tip toeing the sartorial line between these metropolises. I always have given credit to my family for supporting me in my endeavors because without them and you all, I would just be a silly girl displaying outfit pics on the internet.
With a number of years under my belt in the fashion blogging industry I want to make my own path. With your help, Comme Coco can not only be a thriving success but a benchmark for bloggers everywhere.

  1. Hello there!
My name is Ronda Basanta and I am the product owner of a new beauty app that is based in the DC area. Without saying too much about what it is we provide, our goal is to bridge the relationships between the client and Beauty professional for seamless visits and interactions. I came across your blog today while I was doing some research, and I couldn’t help but think that we could possibly be missing out if we don’t make sure we have strong partnerships with our local blogs. I am very impressed with how beautifully written and user friendly your blog is, and I think this would be a perfect way for us to let a select group of people try us out (in beta) and let us, and your blog followers know exactly what you think of the product.

I would love to discuss our vision in more detail, so please contact me via email, or on my cell 202-258-9549. Have a wonderful Thursday!
